A one-minute walk to the beach, one blocks walk to the IOP Rec Center and just one mile from Front Beach destinations; Windjammer, Coda Del Pesce, and The Dinghy. The home's location is also a short bike or golf cart ride to the amenities at Wild Dunes Resort and Isle of Palms Marina where you will find access to boat rentals, eco tours, and lively restaurants with scenic views and outdoor eating.
