The home is located on Isle of Palms where you can find a grocery store, gas station, multiple restaurants, shops, the Isle of Palms rec center, the Isle of Palms County Park, and beach bars. This home is a 7-10 minute walk to the beach or quick drive. Isle of Palms is approximately 25 minutes away from downtown Charleston which is famous for its shopping and history, particularly on King and Market Street. Isle of Palms has year round activities including kayaking, award winning golf courses, paddle boarding, and more. Our company prides itself on making guests feel at home and comfortable while on vacation. For additional information or specific questions, please put in an inquiry for your desired dates.

Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide one bar of soap per bathroom, one small shampoo per bathroom, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave two bath towels and two hand towels per guest the home sleeps. We do not provide beach towels or chairs.

*Wild Dunes does not allow guests from "other rental agencies" to use their amenities so there is not access to a pool at this property. There is a rec center on 27th Avenue outside of Wild Dunes that has tennis courts, pickleball courts, a soccer field, baseball field, and basketball courts. The fire code does not allow grills for guests.

Parking Information: This property can comfortably park two cars in the driveway, and a third parallel behind the two. Street parking is not allowed. Boats/trailers are not allowed.
