Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Checking Out
Check out is 11am. Before you leave, please make sure the following is completed:
● Remove all used linens and towels, and place in laundry laundry room.
● Empty all waste baskets (from bedrooms, bathrooms, etc) and place in the laundry room.
● Run a final load in the dishwasher,
● Leave no dishes in the sink. Note: no plastics, pots, nor pans can in the dishwasher. must be washed by hand.
● Turn all thermostats to “off”.
● Replace the key in the lockbox and scramble the dials
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
