This was one of the better experiences I have had in many years of renting vacation homes. The host was terrific. She went out of her way to show us around the property, and gave us a quick background of the area and some things to do. She was always very responsive and helped us on several occasions. The home has two large rooms each separately air conditioned and comfortable. The kitchen was large and relatively well set up for home cooking if you were so inclined. The highlight is the large covered patio on the roof. With a collection of cactus and other local flora, it is a wonderful spot to share a morning coffee, and listen to the world waking up around you. The entire property is spotlessly clean and has clearly been well maintained. The location is also terrific with short walks to food and short drives to Valletta, the three cities, and Masasloxx. Marsaskala proper is a lovely mid sized waterfront town with all the amenities you could ask for.
