Newley renovated studio, that is located in a very peaceful & quiet family neighborhood. Very comfortable & spacious inside, with a walkout to the outside back patio that faces a very large back yard. Laundry room is a shared space between two units.
It is located about 10min walking distance from downtown Starkville & about 20min walking distance from the Mississippi State University (MSU) campus. The Walmart grocery store is also about 5min away.
It is shared with a property above the other rental above the loft. You may here some light noise but typically its very quiet
