Comfortable and family friendly end unit located on the 4th floor of Amelia Surf and Racquet Club provides you with superb views of the ocean and easy access to the beach and pool. This lovely unit has new LVP floors in the living and bedroom areas and tile floors in the kitchen and baths. The kitchen is superbly outfitted for your cooking needs. The baths have been refreshed this spring. The living area has great recliners for you to relax and watch the waves through the brand new windows and sliding door. There are three televisions featuring expanded cable channels. There is Wi-Fi Internet Access, a washer and dryer and so much more. The main bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two full beds.

This is ocean front living at its best! This exclusive gated community offers four tennis courts and two pools for your enjoyment. It is located just steps away from the world class Ritz Carlton along the beautiful tree-line canopied road off of A1A in Amelia Island Florida - one of the world's premier vacation spots. There are other properties available on the island, but none better than Surf & Racquet. Exclusive without being pretentious--simple, yet sophisticated. This complex and this condo will capture your heart and you'll find yourself finding opportunities to return. Our guests compliment us on our comfortable set up with a recliner for him and her. Everything as listed. Nice balcony view and short walk out to a relatively quiet beach. Inside was well equipped, clean, and very comfortable for our family. Enjoyed the tennis courts and nearby state parks, too. We would stay again!

Perfect stay on Amelia Island

The condo was as described. Suzy was great with communication - very quick to respond. This was the perfect place to stay for the four of us - enough space and close to everything we wanted to do! We will want to book again when we return to Amelia Island!!

Location is great. Steps from a non-crowded beautiful beach that goes on forever. Close enough to downtown but less crowded and congested. Owner was very accommodating and responsive. Second time we have stayed at Amelia Surf and Racquet Club. Super value and we will be back

New year get away

Beautiful sunrise and surf every morning at this location. Clean and comfortable as well. Lots of cooking tools made for a nice family get away. Only one day was warm enough for sun bathing but we found lots to do in downtown fernandina and searching for shells on the beach. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful respite

Amazing property and fantastic location. The oceanfront view was a delight to see every morning. And the beach and pool are steps away. We enjoyed our week so much! The condo allowed us to rest, relax, and recharge in comfort. Can't wait to come back.

Small family weekend vacation

Great 3 night stay. Complex is older but kept in good condition. Elevator was fast. Pool was very clean and a good temperature. Beach was very nice. Unit was in good shape and matched the pictures well on the listing. No loud neighbors. Overall a very good stay!

Gorgeous view, great location. Kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved that there were beach chairs and beach towels! My daughter loved the pool and of course the ocean. Highly recommend!
