The home is located within 2 miles of downtown Pittsburgh. The neighborhood is tree lined on a double wide street with sidewalks and lots of street parking and a massive driveway. The home is close to all stadiums and just minutes away from any major Pittsburgh area feature making ride share options ultra assessable and convenient for concerts, sporting events and entertainment adventures for our guests in and around the downtown Pittsburgh and local University destinations.

What makes this property unique

Everything in this property is BRAND NEW from the roof shingles to the underground plumbing of the home. This home was fully restored to glory and represents the true Pittsburgh area craftsmanship dwelling of the early 1900's industrial renaissance where 4-square homes were build in the thousands as the city thrived. We maintained the original woodwork and beautiful stained glass windows to keep the original character of the home and opened the main floor area to create a more modern, open and usable floor plan. We added a few decorative lighting touches to enhance the experience for our guests as they enjoy the nostalgia of our beautifully updated and original Pittsburgh gem.
