Perfect for families or groups of up to 16, this home combines alpine elegance with premium comfort, ideal for those who appreciate thoughtful design, natural beauty, and effortless convenience.
This is more than just a mountain home, it`s a private lodge experience. Whether you`re gathering for a holiday, celebrating a milestone, or simply escaping to the Rockies with friends, Christie Heights Lodge offers expansive spaces for connection, relaxation, and recreation. From the moment you arrive, you`ll be surrounded by forested tranquility, yet remain just minutes from the town`s vibrant energy.
Just steps from the free shuttle and adjacent to the Breckenridge Nordic Center, the home offers easy access to world-class skiing, downtown dining, and scenic hiking trails, all while tucked into the tranquil pines of Peak 8
No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including vaping and cannabis) is strictly prohibited inside the home or near open windows and doors.
No Pets: We love animals, but this property is STRICTLY PET-FREE to maintain luxury standards and accommodate guests with allergies.
Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in accordance with neighborhood regulations.
No Parties or Events: This home is intended for quiet enjoyment by registered guests only. Unauthorized events will result in immediate cancellation and fines.
Maximum Occupancy: 16 Guests – No additional overnight guests permitted.
Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and stay on-site for the duration of the reservation.
Hot Tub Etiquette: Shower before use, no glassware allowed in or near the hot tub. Please cover when not in use.
Parking Limit: Maximum of 4 vehicles in the driveway. No street parking allowed per local ordinance—violators may be towed.
Check-In/Out: Check-in is after 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.
Respect the Property: Please treat the home and furnishings with care. To help maintain cleanliness and preserve hardwood floors, we kindly ask that guests remove shoes upon entry.
