If you haven't stayed here, you're missing the best!!

By far the best rental we have ever stayed at with family/friends. We've stayed at several places in Breckenridge and this one exceeds everything needed. The location is perfect. No hesitation whatsoever to stay here again (and again!).

Amazing Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Chalet du Soleil was the perfect home for our three generation vacation. We had plenty of room to spread out although we spent most of the time on the back porch. The views are incredible and one morning we even had two moose come thru. So fun. The kids had room to explore outside and the cooks in the family enjoyed the kitchen and grill outside. So much to do in Breck in the summer.

Great home for large group

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The layout of the house was perfect for a large group with several families - we never felt like there were 20 people there. Lots of space for people to spread out. The house is in need of an update (towels, robes, carpet, bath mats, etc.) No pantry access for large grouo is not practical. We had to put our food on the countertops and tables Paragon was very responsive to all needs and very friendly

Chalet du Soleil

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a great location and had plenty of space for all. Part of the door handle on the family room door was missing so we had to secure it with a chair. The property management responded quickly when we let them know but it was not repaired by the time we left the house. That was the only thing wrong with this beautiful home. We had a great time and I would stay there again.
Response from VrboOwner on 24 Mar, 2020
I'm happy to hear you enjoyed the home, and thank you for commenting on the door situation, Larry. We were able to get ahold of a locksmith to remedy the problem shortly after your stay. We hope you and your family had an excellent 4th of July! Please come back again soon. - Lennie & The Staff of Paragon Lodging

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Our stay at Chalet du Soleil started off rocky. At our 4:00 pm check-in, the WiFi was down and Xfinity workers were still at the property. While we understood this was outside management’s control, it was not an ideal start. We were told both hot tubs had been serviced that morning, but that proved untrue. The next morning, after using the hot tub attached to the primary suite for about 10 minutes, all six guests wearing jewelry experienced severe tarnishing and black discoloration (photos attached). Management dismissed our concern, saying this had never happened before, despite everyone being affected—clearly indicating improper chemical levels.Later that day, we found the basement hot tub completely empty. Management again insisted it had been checked and suggested it must have leaked. Although someone was sent to refill it, the 24–48 hour process meant it was unusable for our entire stay.Having both hot tubs unavailable during a winter trip was extremely disappointing, as was the dismissive response and lack of accountability. After significant pushback, management finally offered to cover the cost of professional jewelry cleaning. At price we paid for this place, we expected far better service.

The convenience of the shuttle is just another plus! Also just a short walk to the gondola, worth the view and ride into town! The house has so much charm! And don't worry about the seasonings lol there's plenty to choose from. The house was well stocked with the basic amenities for me and my group! The view from the soaking tub was a plus! The theater room where we gather and spent time laughing and watching movies! The house is just amazing!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is beautiful, great location and very well laid out with room for everyone. There were 18 of us there, and it never felt crowded. The kids loved the bunk and media rooms. There were two things I think needed attention. First, the furniture in the great room is showing wear and some pieces need replacing. Also, we killed many spiders in the lower level, so you might want to spray. That being said, we had a wonderful time!

A trip we'll never forget!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful home. We went there to celebrate my 60th birthday and while there, my son proposed to his girlfriend. The home has spectacular views and is laid out to where everyone has their own private space. We had Chef Ben come in and prepare dinner for all of us one night, which was wonderful. We took enough food that we didn't even eat out. All meals were prepared in the home and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We were told that there was not a Kuerig, but there is one in case you are wondering. The outdoor grill was a plus with beautiful views as well. The kids enjoyed cooking out. We had a fox show up the first and last night right outside the kitchen door which was a treat for everyone. Definitely recommend this home for your family!!

Very professional, helpful, and responsive. This huge, beautiful home was spotless, well-equipped, and cozy yet spacious enough for all 20 of us staying there! The most incredible views both outside on the deck, from the hot tubs, and from the living room windows. Kitchen easily seats 20 people.
