A native of the Middle Tennessee area, Tim has deep roots in the foothills of these Appalachian Mountains and is a country boy at heart. He built his first home in 1986 and after graduating from MTSU, went on to build a lifelong career in home construction and real estate. Tim believes every day is a gift from God - and what you do with it is your gift to him in return. A devoted family man, Tim has one daughter, a son-in-law, and two grandchildren who inspire him every day.

Tim also believes that authenticity, along with honest communication is the foundation of meaningful relationships, and he brings that same approach to hosting. Today, Tim finds peace in maintaining his farm and soaking in the quiet beauty associated with the views and the land he calls home.
