Great location to restaurants

We enjoyed our stay, we really like staying on the ground floor we were steps away from the pool and didn’t have to wait on the elevator to return to our room from the beach.

Not clean

We were approved for early check in with reports that the cleaners had just finished. We arrived a few hours later and found a cockroach in the shower. When we called to complain, a maintenance man arrived who flushed it down the toilet. We were told this should be expected for the ground floor. No further follow up despite finding another cockroach the next day.

However, I'm glad to hear that you were able to communicate the issue to the maintenance team, who promptly addressed it by removing the insect. While it's unfortunate that you encountered another cockroach the next day, I hope that the overall experience was positive and that you were able to enjoy your stay. It's important to note that ground floor accommodations are often more susceptible to pests due to their proximity to the outdoors, but that doesn't mean that the issue should be ignored. Nice condo. The view isn't as nice as the higher floors since you can't see the beach. However, the location right by the pool was so convenient for parents with young children. We had a great time.
