This is a beautiful place to stay. The screened in porch was lovely to sit and read on a nice sunny day, and also on a very rainy day. We enjoyed our time very much. Thank you!

Gorgeous property inside and out. Cindi’s place is a great retreat and so comfortable. The cottage is well-appointed with ample seating and a comfy bed. The screened patio was amazing. We could not have found a better place in the Miami area.

This is a wonderful, comfortable rental for two near all that Coconut Grove has to offer. So many thoughtful and lovely touches. Cindi's place is absolutely beautiful. It has everything you need and is perfection in it's amenities. Comfy bed, all lights are dimmers, rain shower, the most incredible screened in porch with Sonos, Nespresso coffee maker, she is attentive and responsive and as nice as can be! Beautiful and quiet in the heart of the grove....where i moved to 50 years ago. But a larger fridge and an ice maker would have made it better.

Cynthia is an exceptional host—friendly, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. The home is a perfect blend of cozy and spacious, with stunning art and a beautiful garden. The bed is super luxurious, and the bathroom is amazing (heated toilet seat included!). Staying here truly feels like a private tropical paradise. Highly recommended!

No exaggerating when I say, it was phenomenal!Just a truly beautiful place! Decor inside and out was so inviting and interesting. Everywhere I looked, a new little treasure popped up.Well located. Not too far from the action, not too close. An Uber into downtown was about 30.Host was wonderful as well. Hand written messages. No requests to do dishes, etc (we did anyway). Very fast communication. I would stay here again I'm a heart beat!

We stayed at the Charming Studio for 11 days and couldn’t have been more comfortable. The space is larger than it appears in the photos and feels even larger due to high ceilings. There are plenty of drawers and hangers and Cindy has provided so much more than any hotel, down to sundries and a lint brush for your clothes. The kitchenette has a Nespresso, toaster, small fridge, dishes and much more. As the pictures show, the apartment is truly charming and showcases Cindy’s artistic bent. A large, verdant space outside has both a screened area and an open area with more sun and chairs. Cindy was an amazing host, not only impressing us with her willingness to help with anything we needed, but following through by helping me get connected to my streaming service. She went out if her way to make sure we were enjoying our stay, without being invasive. Plus, great recommendations and her pleasing personality made her the perfect host. We hope we can stay here for a longer period next year.
