Great. But....

Other than low on cooking pans and some utensils the property was very nice. Second staying at Phoenix 7 love the location. Will they to only stay here in future.

Orange Beach

The condo was nice and clean. The only three issues were the bed, the toilet and the balcony chairs. The bed was so close to the dresser you had a hard time getting past it. The bed was so high I could not get into it. The toilet had no pressure. There were only three chairs on the balcony which would not work if you had four quests. The kitchen had everything we needed. We liked the floor and the location of the condo.

Loved our vacation

We were very happy with our stay at this property. The views were awesome, location of the condo in the complex perfect. Even though there were a lot of people in the complex, everything flowed smoothly with masks being warn and people happy to be there. The elevators, staff, and overall operation of management were excellent! The unit was very clean and had a warm comfortable feel. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of hot water, everything you need in kitchen, and plenty of sunshine from large windows. The sleeper couch was not comfortable, but staff offered a topper which we did not take advantage of. We loved the floor plan of the unit! Easy access to the beach, pools and parking, with lots of carts to transport your stuff to the unit. We would stay in this unit again!

I really enjoyed the nice and updated and comfortable condo. The view was great and it wasn't extremely far from the beach. My friend was upset that we couldn't smoke on the balcony. The shower in that condo needs to be checked because the turn knob was loose and it took a while to figure out where the hot water was. Everything else worked good. We liked the location and proximity to good restaurants. I would recommend the Phoenix complexes to friends.
