The Space:

Our studio apartment offers a comfortable and practical space for daily living. The unit includes a cozy queen bed, a private bathroom with a bathtub and a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and basic dining essentials.



WiFi, a TV, and a desk are provided for work or relaxation. The apartment is located in a convenient area close to restaurants, shops, and nearby parks, making it easy to enjoy the neighborhood.



Guest Access:

The unit is on the second floor. Please note that the elevator is currently unavailable, so access is via stairs only.

Guests have full, private access to the apartment and all listed amenities during their stay. Check-in instructions will be provided before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in a vibrant and convenient part of Chicago, close to plenty of dining, shopping, and outdoor options. Coffee lovers can stop by Cafe 53, while Virtue Restaurant and Chant Restaurant in Hyde Park offer great choices for lunch or dinner.



For groceries and everyday essentials, Target and Trader Joe’s are just a short distance away. When you want to enjoy some fresh air, Nichols (John Fountain) Park is nearby, providing a lovely space for walking, relaxing, or spending time outdoors.



Everything in the neighborhood is within easy reach, making it simple to enjoy the best of local restaurants, shops, and parks.



Getting Around:

Public transportation is easily accessible from the apartment. The 55th Street & Dorchester bus stop is just a 5-minute walk, and the Lake Park & 53rd Street stop is around 7 minutes away. For train travel, the 51st/53rd Street (Hyde Park) station is about a 12-minute walk, making trips around the city straightforward and convenient.



Other Things to Note:

A quick ID verification and brief screening are required before your stay is confirmed.



Pets are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee. Both dogs and cats are allowed for $50 per pet. Pets must not be left unattended unless crated, must follow quiet hours, and are not permitted on furniture. The pet fee does not cover any damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or additional cleaning required due to excessive hair or odors.
