Enjoy the sandy beaches and gulf coast water from the comfort of this 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium that has enough room for eight. This condo is located on the 3rd floor of the Phoenix VIII.

· Queen sofa sleeper and DVD player in the carpeted living area
· Fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, granite countertop, and a tile backsplash
· Table seating four and kitchen bar with two stools in the dining area
· Master bedroom has king size bed, balcony access, DVD player, and carpet
· Extended vanity and shower and tub combination in the master bathroom
· Tiled balcony has gorgeous gulf front view that can be enjoyed at a table for four
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
