Book now for Spring Break! Beach front. No elevators needed!

You will love the Phoenix VI condominium resort. Once past the gated entrance, it is an easy walk from the parking lot to your front door. No need to stand in elevator lines, our unit is on the first floor on the lobby side but one story up from the pool and beach so you can sit on your balcony and enjoy the view or watch the kids splash below. The unit itself is perfectly laid out. The master and living room are beach and pool side. The master bedroom boasts a large private bath, kingsize bed and flat screen TV if you get tired of listening to the surf.

The living room boasts a flat screen TV with lots of comfortable sitting and lounging space. The second bedroom includes two queens and another flat screen TV, plus a private bath.

The kitchen has everything you need when you decide to cook in. The granite countertops and bar with stools make it a great area to converse and relax.

The resort amenities include tennis courts, racquet ball court, exercise room, indoor pool, hot tubs, gulf front pool and lets not forget the beach. A huge magnificent beach right at your doorstep. When you grow tired of relaxing you can venture out onto the island for shopping, dining and night life. Outlet malls and dog racing is just off island. And for a real blast, take a short drive over toward Pensacola and watch the Blue Angels practice, for free!!

Don't forget about the boating, fishing, kayaking, biking, hiking, and other activities that abound on the island and off. And I almost forgot to mention OWA, the amazing amusement park with incredible shopping and dining just up the road in Foley.

My girls and I stayed at this condo. Overall it was a great unit including the location. I really enjoyed how easy it was to get in and out of the unit. The unit was stocked well and the outside closet filled with beach stuff was an added bonus. I would stay here again.

It was a great week!

Le Ann was very accommodating and easy to work with. We had our 7 and 5 year old with us so the condo fit exactly what we needed. Had everything we needed and was a perfect location in the complex. The pool and beach were easy access and we never had any issues getting to restaurants or shops. I would highly recommend this place.

Quick family beach getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Nothing fancy, just right for a family of 5. Balcony is just right for lunch overlooking the pool. Kiddos enjoyed the pool, seemed like the water was warmer than most places we’ve stayed. Kitchen is equipped with everything we needed, even Tupperware for fruit! Master shower has been upgraded, shower pressure is not great, but gets the job done! The condo is easily accessible from the parking lot. You’ll need to bring laundry detergent and dish detergent. Thanks for helping us make memories with our kiddos!

Great Condo With Great Views!

My family had a great time at this condo! The views on the back porch over looking the pool and beach were great. Condo was very nice and had plenty of room for my family. It’s in a great spot in orange beach not far from publix and in the middle of a lot of great restaurants. We had a great time. Thank you again!

This is a beautiful unit! Very accessible from the parking lot to the pool! Everything you would want in a home and then some. The owners are super to work with. Would love to rent this unit again.

Beach Trip 2019

The overall accommodations were nice. We did have problems with entry lock, but this did not keep us from having a good time. Also the guest beds bump on the wall when people turn over in bed. Can hear bumping when in living area. Need to maybe attach to walls. We were in a great location and convenient to everything. Would stay there again.

Needed cleaning

The place had a great floorplan. The location of the condo was perfect. The ceiling fans needed to be cleaned, beds were squeaky and mattresses needed to be replaced. There was a light in the hallway that was out, could not see the washer and dryer buttons without the light.

Great condo!

We enjoyed this condo so much. I loved how we could basically park right at our front door. It was so convenient. Everything was great! I would recommend taking a hair dryer if that is something you need. There was only one tiny one mounted to the wall in one bathroom that the 5 of us had to share while getting ready and since it was mounted to the wall, we all had to do hair in one bathroom. We had to give it a break here and there because it would be too hot from us using it and it would shut off for a bit.

Great place to have many family or friends since there are many units. We like to be able to walk to restaurants to go have dinner, we had to drive if we wanted to go out to eat. First time visiting the area.

Why they chose this property

Orange Beach picked us to buy here. While this is our latest purchase, we have been coming down to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores for more than a decade. We purchased here because one day, some day we hope to retire here. We only purchase places that we would love to live in and we do our best to make our place a place you will love to visit.

What makes this property unique

Phoenix VI is a great resort, not only for it's amenities and design but because of the location. It is a short walk to great shopping an dining. San Roc Cay is just down the street, as is Perdido Pass.
