Location was excellent. Close to trains/buses. Lots of nearby shops. Bldg is an older bldg with creaky wood floors. Bed was very comfortable but had issue with the fridge dispensers not working properly, broken blinds in living room and bedroom, and slow drainage in shower.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the excellent location, convenient access to public transit, nearby shops, and that you found the bed very comfortable.
We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the fridge dispensers, blinds, and shower drainage. These concerns have been noted and shared with our team so they can be reviewed and addressed promptly. We appreciate you bringing them to our attention.
The building is an older structure, and some sounds like creaky floors can occasionally occur, but we understand how combined with other issues this may affect the overall comfort of your stay.
Thank you again for sharing your experience — your feedback helps us continue improving for future guests.
Good place on Chicago's North Side, a block from "L.". Window had a draft, something noticeable on a cold Chicago day, but nothing they can't fix. Quiet building and neighborhood. Decent apartment for someone who needs a place to stay, but will be busy and going places around town.
The property was comfortable and perfect size for our 10-day stay for a Chopping Block Cooking Boot Camp and taking in the sights and food of Chicago. The Lincoln Square location was a short walk to the cooking class and the many local shops, restaurants and the Old Town Folk Music School (they have Wed concerts). The Western Brown Line station that took us to the Loop, Wrigley and beyond - be sure to buy a multi-day CTA pass. Christine was an excellent host with really fast response - especially when we needed to do some clothes washing.
Great location! Close to train. Close to event we were here for. Great shops and bars and restaurants in area. Wonderful park nearby. Walkable to grocery. The bed was comfy. Apt roomy for two and quiet!
We stayed during the Apple Festival and loved being located right in the middle of it all. So easy to enjoy all the good things about Lincoln Square. With the entrance and windows away from the main street, we didn't hear any street noise, so it was a very peaceful place to stay. Clean, ready, quick communication. We would stay here again and are glad we found it. We have family in the neighborhood around the corner.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
This was a wonderful base for the days I spent exploring Chicago. The apartment is clean and comfy and it is located right on the 'L' Brown line in a charming and vibrant neighborhood. I could zip to anywhere in the city I wanted on the L and felt very relaxed coming "home" each night.
We enjoyed our two night stay at this apartment. The location can’t be beat. It was centrally located to everything we needed, and we even caught a show at the Old Town School of Folk Music. Lots of cool shops outside your door. Close to the train as well. Communication with the host is on point. Thank you again.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Unit was as described and very clean. Building is older and has radiator heat that makes it tough to control temperature but windows can be opened to release heat. Location is great, heart of Lincoln Square. Communication with property manager was very cumbersome. They asked many questions repeatedly (professions of guests, ages, reason for travel), didn’t share information when they said they would. Despite that, they tried to remain friendly, which was appreciated.
