Located in the vibrant neighborhood of Lincoln Square, just a few min from an array of amazing restaurants, breweries/bars, the Davis Theater and unique shopping boutiques. Start your mornings off right by taking a walk to Cafe Selmarie for a delicious breakfast, one of our favorites! Getting to Wrigleyville or downtown will be a breeze with easy access to the Brown line. Professionally designed with stylish decor, comfortable bedding, and smart TV with Netflix will make you feel right at home.
The space During your stay at our apartment you will have full and private access to the entire apartment located on the 2nd floor (Apt 2). You will not have access to other common areas of the apartment building.
Guest access You’ll have access the the entire unit during your stay as well as the laundry room (paid laundry) conveniently located in the building.
Other things to note Important Note:
The apartment is located next to the train tracks, so you may hear some train noise during your stay. If you’re a light sleeper, please keep this in mind. We can provide earplugs upon request to make your stay more comfortable.
We do not have a designated parking but there is free residential parking on Eastwood Ave you just have to be mindful of any street signs indicating no parking zones.
We also recommend using apps like SpotHero or ParkWhiz which can help you find convenient and affordable parking spots in the area.
**HOUSE RULES**
We want you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay! To help keep the space safe, clean, and pleasant for everyone, please review and follow the house rules below. Failure to comply may result in cancellation or additional charges.
Shoes off, please. Kindly remove shoes upon entering the unit.
No smoking anywhere inside the unit or on the property. Smoking will result in immediate cancellation and a $200 damage fee.
No drugs, including marijuana.
No illegal activities anywhere on the property.
No parties or events.
No outside visitors.
No overnight guests without prior approval from the host.
Food storage: Please store all food in designated areas and do not leave food out to help prevent pests.
Kitchen use: Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, wipe counters, stove, and microwave. No dirty dishes left in the sink overnight.
Damages: If anything is broken or damaged, please let us know right away so we can arrange repair or replacement.
Checkout cleaning: Please wash dishes, return moved furniture to its original place, and take out the trash before checkout. The standard cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning. If the unit is left excessively dirty (dirty dishes, trash left throughout the unit, etc.), an additional cleaning fee of up to $100 may apply.
Towels & linens: Provided for your entire stay. If you need extras, please let us know in advance. A $50 fee applies to cover the cleaner’s trip. Paid laundry facilities are available in the building.
Lost keys: A $300 fee applies for lock and key replacement. Please note that lost keys cannot be replaced immediately, and you may temporarily lose access to the unit and building amenities.
Checkout time is 11:00 AM. Late checkout without prior approval will incur a $50 fee, which covers the cleaner’s waiting time.
The standard cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning. If the unit is left excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee of up to $100 may apply.

Very clean; convenient to shops and walking trails/parks; very nice neighborhood; somewhat noisy due to location near rail line and flight patterns, but really wasnt an issue. Would definitely stay here again!

It’s located in an older building next to the L in a Lovely neighborhood. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the hallways and public spaces are very dirty. The actually apartment was very clean and worked well for us.
Host interaction was great. Property was clean and updated while keeping historic charm, neighborhood felt very safe, parking was never a problem. Two window a/c units were adequate on mid-90 days.We could not find walkable dining or shopping, but the nearby park was nice. We found great pickleball at Horner Park and at Welles Park.The property is next to the very active brown line, but the sound kind of became background noise. The mattress was too soft for my liking. The towels were pretty small.Apple Maps will NOT get you to property.
Lovely apartment. Well appointed with bathroom supplies and Kurig in kitchen with cream and sugar available. Very comfortable bed. Air conditioning worked well. Beautiful decor and furnishings. Lovely design considerations. The back door was a perk to step outside and get some air. Only draw back was apartment was next to the train line - a little noisy but didn't disrupt our sleep at all.
The apartment is beautiful. Nicely to updated with all new appliances and furnishings. It is adjacent to the train station, which is convenient but can be noisy if the windows are open.
The only real drawback for me was the white blinds in the bedroom which didn’t block the light when the sun came up at about 5:30am. After the first night, I covered them with towels so I wouldn’t be awoken so early.
