The location is fantastic, was minutes from everywhere we wanted to go. The house itself was clean, spacious, and had a great historical vibe that our family loved. We felt at home throughout our entire stay.

Overall the apartment was very clean. It was great to see the host provided some water in the mini fridge in the living room. They were very responsive during and before our stay. They also provided some suggestions on places to eat and things to do.

Very clean spacious property. Really easy to use public transportation from this spot. Quiet neighborhood The only thing is the stairs- could be an issue for some travelers (4th floor), but not an issue for our group. Appreciated the roof top oasis!!! Lovely stay

The host were great and super responsive! The only flaw was the temperature of the space. The rooms were not well ventilated, the AC was not cool enough and there were fans in every space. Many of us did not sleep well because it was too hot and the fans were too loud, so it was a lose lose situation either way. Would be helpful to get a heads up of how warm the space is. Other than that detail, appreciated how close it was to United Center, neighbors were quiet and there were great restaurants nearby.

Amazing experience

Had an amazing time meeting friends in Chicago! The location of the renal is perfect!! So many great things to do in this area. The Host was amazing and available for all questions and answered in a timely manner! I would definitely stay here again!

STAY AWAY — SERIOUSLY MISREPRESENTED PROPERTYExtremely disappointing. We expected a spacious, impressive Chicago penthouse. Instead, the property was materially misrepresented in photos & description,with serious cleanliness, maintenance, functionality & safety concerns.Some photos were labelled as this property but were NOT of the unit we stayed in.Other photos depicted amenities & outdoor spaces that did not exist or not provided. We have photographic & video evidence.Problems included:• Uneven/sunken floors throughout & sharp/broken floor tiles• Steep, poorly lit interior stairs• Extremely dirty surfaces/floors,stained carpets,filthy area rug & stained bedding• Loose/broken hardware, including shower handle, towel bars, light switches• Pooling water in & outside showers; missing shower door• Laundry left in washer;musty, noisy machine• Filthy,disorganized kitchen cupboards &burnt food in oven• Dryer vent overflowing with lint around wall vent (fire hazard)• Extremely loud window A/C units with tape around them• Missing/broken closet doors• Missing outdoor cushions, making balcony unusable for socializing• Advertised pellet grill missing; rusty BBQ with no propane• Advertised arcade/game room, pictured green grounds did not exist. This was far beyond a cleaning issue. Lipstick on a pig doesn’t fix deep maintenance & safety problems.Needs professional deep cleaning, substantial repairs.We stayed because our short vacation was fully planned, moving would have
