Indoor parking is available on the same floor just steps from the front door in this beautifully decorated fifth floor 3 BR 3.5 BA condo. It is a quiet and low density upscale building with great amenities including pools, hot tubs, and indoor tennis court and fitness center with new equipment that overlook Ono Island.

The condo has great views and is conveniently situated close to the beach making it a short walk for your family to your favorite spot with all your beach gear. For your comfort there is a King bed in the Master BR, a King bed in the 2nd BR, and two Full beds in the 3rd BR. Included are the conveniences of home -wet bar, ice maker, and wine cooler to provide you with everything needed for a fun and memorable family vacation

Phoeniix IX is located near the Alabama-Florida state line, approx. 10 miles east of Hwy. 59.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Happy at the Beach

Was very pleased with the process in renting the condo and everyone was helpful and kind. We have stayed at Phoenix IX before and always loved it. And we loved our unit this time. It was beautiful and clean and had a great set up for our family with plenty of room for everyone! It was not too high up and we liked the view very much. It was also right by the elevator and the parking deck as well. It was perfect! Just wish we could have gotten checked in earlier but otherwise it was a great place to stay! We would definitely stay there again!

Just what we needed!

We had an amazing vacation and calling this condo home for the week was perfect. We had 5 adults and 2 kids, ages 4 - 85 yrs old. We have stayed at Phoenix West and Phoenix Orange Beach before and this location was just as lovely, minus the lazy river. We really liked that the beach was so close to the property unlike other locations where it feels like you are trucking all of your beach items so far before getting close to the water. We will definitely be back.
