Kick up your feet, relax & have fun! This unique 3 storey property offers a perfect getaway destination. The main floor features a full kitchen, large dining space and great sized living area. A balcony off the living room offers breathtaking views of the mountains and the 18th hole of Radium Golf Course – you can enjoy watching golfers in the summer while you drink your morning coffee! A full bathroom is also located on the main level. Up the stairs, you’ll find 3 large bedrooms, a large 4 pc bathroom and 2 lofts! The location is prime being steps from the Radium Golf Course clubhouse, 3 minute drive to Radium Hot Springs town, 15 minute drive to Invermere, 30 minute drive to Panorama Ski Resort, 24 minute drive to Fairmont Hot Springs (ski resort here as well), and so much more. There’s tons to do in the area in the winter and summer months! In the winter, enjoy skating on Lake Windermere Whiteway (the world’s longest skating path), cross country skiing, snow shoeing, skiing or snowboarding, and snow mobiling. Walk around the town of Radium and Invermere and admire the beautiful scenery and local shops! Relax and rejuvenate at the natural hot springs nearby – the closest location is at the Radium Hot Springs, or you can venture over to the stunning Lussier Hot Springs!
