Perfect location, right across from the beach and close to a ton of shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. Very walkable. The pool is right downstairs, nice rooftop deck to enjoy the ocean view and sunset. Not a place you want to cook meals or relax at home in, but a perfect place to have a place to sleep, enjoy the beach, pool, dining out, fishing, exploring the areas beaches and everything else the area has to offer. Was great for us and a 7 year old.

We couldn’t have asked for a more convenient place with the easiest access to everything St Pete had to offer. We were two minutes from the beach with a gorgeous view of the ocean from our patio. We could walk to restaurants and bars, if we didn’t want to drive! (Rick’s Reef and La Croisette were favorites) Would definitely stay here again and we are looking forward to coming back to St Pete later this year.

Lovely place

The condo is right on the beach in a central location. Has everything you would need for a great trip. Cozy beds, AC, basic kitchen amenities, even beach toys for kids. We had a fun time here.

The condo is quite rustic, but very comfortable and clean!! Felt like my Mamaws house with the rustic quality and welcoming feeling!! We had 6 with us and although it was small, we all felt comfortable and never felt like we were on top of each other!! We plan to rent it again for our vacation next summer!!
