Perfect walking distance from everything without staying on the busy main street! So many amazing places within a 20 minute walk, and if it wasn’t close getting an uber was so easy. We enjoyed every second of our stay!

This place was great. Emily was great with communication and quick to respond. The place was updated recently and very clean. It was very short walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants within walking distance also. Would definitely look to come back in the future.

Emily’s place was amazing - freshly remodeled, clean, and a perfect getaway just a short walk from the beach. It was loaded with beach supplies, including 4 chairs, an umbrella, 4 beach towels, a cooler, and a cart to easily carry everything you need. It slept 4 people comfortably and was close to all the fun restaurants and bars nearby. 100% worth the value and I highly recommend to anyone looking for an upscale, reasonably priced condo right near the beach. Thanks Emily for being a great host!

Condo is as shown in photos and described. Exceptionally clean. This is a second floor unit with NO working elevator. This was not reported to us prior to checking in and despite the owners attempt to work with building management to have repaired it remained out of order our entire week. It was difficult to get very heavy beach chairs/wagon up and down. Also our luggage checking in/out was inconvenient.

We’re a Florida family based in Tampa and have always loved the Gulf Coast. Our St. Pete Beach condo has become our favorite little getaway when we want to slow down, spend time by the water, and enjoy everything the beach community has to offer.

We love early morning walks on the sand, sunset views, and exploring the local restaurants and beach spots around Upham Beach at St. Pete Beach. When we’re not there, we’re happy to share the space with guests so they can experience the same relaxed beach lifestyle that we enjoy.

We hope our condo feels comfortable, welcoming, and like your own little home by the beach during your stay.

We love this part of St. Pete Beach because it has such a relaxed, local feel while still being close to everything. Being near Upham Beach means it’s easy to walk to the sand for sunset, take a morning beach walk, or grab a bite at one of the nearby restaurants or coffee shops. It’s a quieter, more laid-back area of the beach, which makes it feel like a true getaway while still being convenient to everything

What makes this property unique

One of the things we love most about this condo is the location. It’s on the beach side of Gulf Boulevard, so you can walk to Upham Beach in just a few minutes without crossing the busy road. It’s the perfect spot for morning walks on the sand and sunset beach evenings.

The entire condo has also been recently updated, so everything feels clean, fresh, and comfortable with new flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bright coastal finishes throughout. We also added small touches we appreciate when we travel, like a coffee bar, plenty of storage space, and TVs in both the living room and primary bedroom.

It really feels like a relaxed little beach retreat that’s close to the water but still tucked into a quiet part of St. Pete Beach.
