House Rules:

1. Health and Safety are my top priority. The house is professionally cleaned between every guest’s stay out of respect for the health and well-being of all guests. For this reason, early check-ins and late check-outs are difficult to accommodate.

2. Please remember you are in a private residence in a peaceful suburban neighborhood, not a hotel or commercial district. I ask guests to treat my home with respect as they would their own. If there is anything to tend to during your stay, I’m just a call away, and I’ll do my best to respond ASAP.

3. Please, no smoking, in or around the property.

4. Respectfully, absolutely no parties or events. The house is equipped with a non-recording decibel noise sensor.

5. Respectfully, we only accommodate people; no pets allowed.

6. This is a two-story home; guests must be able to climb stairs to move to the upper and lower levels.

7. All guests staying 2 1/2 weeks or longer must agree to a mid-stay cleaning every 2 weeks.

8. Please make yourself at home and enjoy your stay :D

Enough rooms for our family. Good location to downtown and meeting our other family members. Backyard was fenced in, quiet neighborhood, and owner was attentive when the washer did not work.

House was decent but not cleaned well from previous stay found dried urine and hair in bathrooms. no blind and see through curtains which meant never got dark at night and caused it to be difficult to sleep. Owner kept readjusting the thermostat during my stay remotely so that I would wake up to nearly 80 degrees in the home. Back yard was fenced but has large gaps at the bottom so if you have small dogs they can get out. Neighbors dog pushes through fence which allows more access to escape yard.

We have since met with our cleaning crew to address the bathroom issues. We have also updated our thermostat settings to prevent further discomfort, as it operated on an automatic day/night schedule. We are currently inspecting the backyard fencing to ensure a secure area for pets. We appreciate your honesty as it helps us provide a better experience.
