1. Health and Safety are my top priority. The house is professionally cleaned between every guest’s stay out of respect for the health and well-being of all guests. For this reason, early check-ins and late check-outs are difficult to accommodate.
2. Please remember you are in a private residence in a peaceful suburban neighborhood, not a hotel or commercial district. I ask guests to treat my home with respect as they would their own. If there is anything to tend to during your stay, I’m just a call away, and I’ll do my best to respond ASAP.
3. Please, no smoking, in or around the property.
4. Respectfully, absolutely no parties or events. The house is equipped with a non-recording decibel noise sensor.
5. Respectfully, we only accommodate people; no pets allowed.
6. This is a two-story home; guests must be able to climb stairs to move to the upper and lower levels.
7. All guests staying 2 1/2 weeks or longer must agree to a mid-stay cleaning every 2 weeks.
8. Please make yourself at home and enjoy your stay :D
