Pet rent is $50, with prior approval, DOGS ONLY!
Pick up pet refuse, $50 minimum fee will be charged if pet refuse is left for us to pick up
Never leave your dog unattended inside or outside the home, either crate or take Fido with you!  Bend loves dogs, we have provided a leash for your use
Never allow your dog on ANY of the furniture (26 x 38 dog bed is provided), extra cleaning fees will be charged to launder and clean furniture
No barking after 10 p.m., bring your loved one inside

The Meadowbrook vacation rental is conveniently located on the west side of Bend, Oregon. Minutes to Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort for epic skiing and snowboarding adventures await you from this pivotal spot! Mountain biking is out your front door with endless miles of advanced and beginner well maintained biking trails.

This pet friendly four bedroom, two and a half bathrooms, 1,860 sq. ft vacation rental has air conditioning and  hardwood floors on the lower level and carpet throughout.

Open floor plan with open and social gourmet kitchen with plenty of counter space and an electric stove with a breakfast bar for two and seated formal dining for 8. Come home and relax after a long day of playing in the comfortable living room with a love seat and a queen sofa sleeper in front of a slate fireplace and a 65 in. smart TV, small bluetooth speaker, DVD player, Play Station 4, board games and video games.

The large private king main suite is located on the lower level with flat screen LCD TV, DVD player and a full bathroom. The king main suite also has a private entrance to the beautifully landscaped backyard which backs up to open forest with tall Ponderosa pine trees!

Upstairs presents three more comfortable and beautifully appointed bedrooms with ample space to stretch out and relax. At the top of the stairway, to the right, is a comfortable king guest suite with a ceiling fan and 50" Toshiba TV, at the top of the stairway is queen guest suite 1 with a full sized futon and ceiling fan, and down the hallway is a full sized bathroom and continuing down the hall way is queen guest suite 2, with plenty of room and ceiling fan.

The private hot tub is located in a large, fenced and beautifully landscaped and peaceful backyard. This is perfect for family gatherings and your friendly canine. The home backs up to the large ponderosa pines of the open forest with walking trails. Outdoor seated dining for 10 and gas barbecue grill makes this a perfect setting for family and friends to get together and create beautiful memories on your vacation.

Bring Fido for $50 per pet with prior approval and pet rent paid.  Pet amenities include a 26 x 38 dog bed, 6 ft. sturdy dog leash, two large bowls and refuse baggies.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, but only approximately 7 minutes to downtown by car. Ride your road bike out the front door to ride up to Mt. Bachelor or your mountain bike to the more technical sections of the Phil's trail mountain biking and hiking complex.
