On your arrival day, please text or call our home manager, Evan Price. He will meet you at the villa to provide a personal tour and orientation, including:

Operating the pool robot and auto-cover

Lighting the BBQ and fire pit

Connecting your phone to the speaker system via AirPlay

Using Alexa voice commands for lighting and convenience

You’ll also find a house information guide inside the Jasmine Villa welcome folder for additional details.

Both Evan Price are available 24/7 to assist you throughout your stay.
- The Jasmine villa is in Kukuiula . Guests do not have access to the Kukuiula golf course and Kukuiula Club

- The Villa can accommodate up to 18 adults and 4 children and 2 babies. Extra guest fee above 10 people will apply on the rental cost. $35/person/night fee request will be sent via resolution center, additional charge.

-Mid-clean will apply for 10 nights or longer stay

We could refer to external services; private chef, massage, yoga. These activities can come and service on-site

Cancellation Policy:
There is a $450 cancellation fee for all cancellations.
If you cancel 60 days or more before arrival, you will receive a full refund of the rental amount, minus the $450 cancellation fee.

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights

Before you depart, we would appreciate it if you could do the following: 1. Wash and dry the beach towels. Please put the towels in the washing machines and start the wash cycle.

2. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start a wash cycle. Please discard the leftovers. (We will donate any remaining food/cans to locals who need them)

3.Please make sure the remote control is on/near its appliance. Loss of the key and the remote will affect $50/each toward your deposit. 4.Turn off the AC.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had the most amazing week at this beautiful home. I have never rented a home that had everything you could ever need from the kitchen to every game and beach gear you could imagine. The process of renting, check in and checkout was extremely easy. Ning and Evan were very helpful with it all and made it effortless. They were very helpful in letting us know where to go for excursions, sightseeing, and groceries. We made many wonderful memories and will rent this house again!!
