Enjoy a month in Ouray this summer, either July or August! My spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has views from all the windows, 2 decks, large fully equipped kitchen, comfortable dining/living area, large screen TV in the living room, and an office/library. Located on the hillside, it is a 2 block walk to Main Street. Pet OK, Non-smoking. There are stairs.

I love Ouray, however I have grandchildren I'd like to spend time with this summer. Come and rent my beautiful home in Ouray and enjoy everything Ouray has to offer. My home is in a 30 day minimum neighborhood - no taxes. You can stay all 30 days, or less, I just have to block all 30 days for you.
Why they chose this property
My property is very private on a dead end private road (3 other houses up the hill). 3 blocks from Main Street. Hiking trail just up the hill.

Spacious! Large rooms throughout, and lots of privacy. Nice yard too.
