About this property
Feel at home in my cozy little well equipped modern studio :)
My single studio (bedroom/living-area/kitchen, bathroom) is located near the Landstuhl Regional Medial Center LRMC (parking is included). Downtown Landstuhl is just a short drive down the hill with plenty of restaurants and a neat little city life atmosphere. Ramstein (Airbase) is approximately 10 minutes away, Kaiserslautern about 25.
You'll find a washer and a dryer, free wifi (fast connection), a smart TV with Netflix and Youtube provided as well as a stocked bar (little snacks, liquor, coffee, tea - tip is always welcome) and a kitchen (oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer along with all kitchen supplies) for use by visitors. There's an Asian and a German restaurant, a bakery with great pastries and sandwiches as well as a pharmacy just around the corner (within walking distance) in a safe and comfortable neighborhood.

Wonderful place
This place was exactly what I needed for my stay in Landstuhl and it was perfectly located to get to and from town, pubs and work!!! Miriam put me on to some awesome places to eat, I will definitely be staying here again.
