Romantic nest. Modern oasis of peace on the outskirts of Kaiserslautern .Free WiFi

Beautiful, quiet 65 sqm apartment with stunning views and great sunsets from the window or own guest terrace on 2000qm2 private forest. Absolute peace and fresh air and yet close to the city (4.6 km).
Children can play well, dogs welcome. These can run free by appointment in our area. But not the whole day and no cat hunters! It is not a gas purge and we do not want any rubbish on the grounds for our other guests. Quality
Parking in front of the house. Children under three pay nothing. One bedroom with double bed, two beds in the living room (see photos). Very good sleeping comfort for a restful sleep.
Also good for business travelers and couples. Free Wi-Fi.
Bakers, banks, shopping, restaurants nearby.

Services: We live above the apartment and are happy to help. Children's toys, folding mattress, small dog basket and board games are available. Also a high chair. Coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, sweetener, spices, foil, toaster, microwave, kitchen utensils. Weaver grill on terrace. Washing machine, hair dryer, iron and board there. There is also on the desk a collection of recommendations (restaurants, scene, excursions with children, theater, cinema). Tv..Amazon Prime. Internet TV, feature films and series for the whole family. Great selection and free.
Smoking only on terrace possible. Seating and ashtray available. Towels, freshly made beds, soap, shampoo. Cuddly bathrobes for a care fee of 4 euros. From five nights this is available as a free loan.

If you love nature, this is for you!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The view is amazing! The property sits up on a hill and is surrounded by trees, it’s beaiutoful! Jacqueline is a terrific host and super friendly! The apartment is very well furnished with all amenities one should need. The bed is very comfortable. We will for sure stay here again on our next visit.

Lauschige Unterkunft für Zwei-, Vier- und Achtbeiner

Wir wurden sehr unkompliziert und freundlich empfangen, besonders von Hermine. Dass sie sich trotz Streicheleinheit schon am nächsten Tag nicht an uns erinnern wollte, sei ihr verziehen. Eine nette Auswahl an hausgemachten Marmeladen haben wir mit erfreuter Überraschung zur Kenntnis genommen, wenn wir sie auch leider nicht verkosten konnten. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben: ruhig gelegen, gut ausgestattet und sowohl als Basis für Wanderausflüge, Brettspiele als auch kuschelige Sofaabende geeignet. Andere Bewertungen deuteten es an und es ist wahr: Die Anzahl und Vielfältigkeit der Spinnenmitbewohner war beeindruckend. Wir waren gewarnt und haben im Tausch für die schöne Waldrandstimmung gerne ein paar Umsiedelungen vorgenommen. Über etwas weniger Altspinnweben im unmittelbaren Menschenbereich hätten wir uns allerdings gefreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder, danke!

Erholen und Genießen

Erholung pur, Ausstattung top! Alles, was man braucht, ist da. Spielesammlungen, Gewürze, Putzzeug, Waschmaschine. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit großer Couch. Internetfernsehen. Super freundliche Vermieterin, jederzeit erreichbar. Sehr bequemes Bett. Ruhige Lage, stadtnah. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!!

Vorfreude war groß

Die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Aber leider haben wir eine andere Vorstellung was Sauberkeit und Hygiene betrifft. Spinnenweben unter der Heizung im Bad, Schimmel an Fugen und Silikonfugen in der Dusche, vollkommen verschmutze Mülleimer in der Küche, insgesamt ein unangenehmer modriger Geruch in der ganzen Wohnung etc.. Die Krönung war dann aber die Toilettenbürste(geschlossenes System)fast vollständig schwarz und dermaßen übelriechend! Wir haben den Urlaub vorzeitig abgebrochen!

Toller Waldurlaub

Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Wald mit schönem Ausblick über den Ort. Besonders bei den heißen Temperaturen war die Wohnung ein angenehmer kühler Ort. Die Vermieterin ist wahnsinnig nett und wir haben uns überaus wohl gefühlt. Nachdem wir den Familienhund kennengelernt haben, durfte auch unser Hund in dem großen Garten frei laufen. Es war alles da für unser Kind: Spielsachen, Bettchen, Pool, Hochstuhl. Auch Spielsachen für den Hund gab es. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub im Wald und kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir haben selten eine so tolle Ferienwohnung gehabt. Es hat einem an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, auch für einen erholsamen Schlaf war gesorgt. Für Leute die evtl nicht so gut zu Fuß sind ist die Wohnung etwas schwieriger zu erreichen da es doch relativ steil Berg auf geht. Auch die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Perfekter Urlaub in der Pfalz

Tolles langes Wochenende

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und idyllisch an einem kleinen Berg in der Nähe von Kaiserslautern. Die Küche ist toll und komplett ausgestattet. Für 4 Personen ist die Ferienwohnung perfekt. Zum Wandern spazieren und Gassi gehen, wunderbar geeignet.

Sehr erholsam und ruhig!

Sehr nette Vermieterin. Alles was man im Haushalt braucht, ist vorhanden und muss nicht erst gekauft oder mitgebracht werden! Die Lage ist ruhig. Man muss zwar ein paar Treppen steigen, bis man an der Wohnung angekommen ist, aber der Ausblick ist grandios. Man kann abends schön entspannen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen!

Spacy holiday home

Beautiful and spacy home. Kitchen extremely complete (including oils, herbs, spices, tea and coffee), very good oven. In the evening the house got a bit chilly (but there is heating). Outside area large and quiet, we spotted squirrels, but due to the steepness not very much "useable" space. But this is not an issue. Some stairs before reaching the property. Amazon Prime on the TV was awesome. There is a Netflix app as well, but you need to bring your own account. 10 min droving brought you to Kaiserslautern city centre. All in all we thoroughly enjoined our stay!

Perfekt auch für einen Kurzurlaub mit Hund

Aufenthalt Ferienwohnung

Hier haben wir eine sehr feine und relativ große Ferienwohnung mit Küche, Bad, Essbereich, Flur, Schlafzimmer vorgefunden. Die Lage war ruhig gelegen außerhalb von Kaiserslautern mit einer schönen Aussicht. Diese Ferienwohnung kann man aufjedenfall empfehlen.

Einfach super!

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man sich wünscht und ist perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Hunden. Super Wanderwege direkt vor der Türe. Die Vermieterin ist total nett, sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir waren hoffentlich nicht zum letzten Mal dort!

Super Aufenthalt! Alles da.

Wir waren mit unserem Sohn (8 Monate) da. Es war alles vorhanden, auch für den kleinsten (Löffel, Spielsachen usw.). Sehr saubere und gemütliche Wohnung am Waldrand.

Excellent séjour au calme et au vert.

Un 2e séjour toujours aussi agréable et reposant, dans un logement très calme, très bien équipé, avec un jardin fort sympatique. Proche de KL, 5' en voiture, idéal pour se retrouver dans la verdure et le calme. Une hôte toujours aussi disponible, accueillante et bienveillante, que nous recommandons tout particulierement.

Erholung pur!!

Super schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage, die sofort zum erholen einlädt. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und ich glaube es gibt nichts, an das nicht gedacht wurde. Es ist gemütlich, sauber und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Gerade auch mit Hund ist es optimal. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten um spazieren zu gehen. Und einfach mal abzuschalten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und völlig unkompliziert. Was das ganze zu einen perfekten komplett Paket macht. Ein Urlaub im "Nest" sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Wir waren für eine kurze Dienstreise in Kaiserslautern und haben den Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Fantastischer ländlicher Ausblick auf Erlenbach, und doch schnell in der Stadt.
