Kitchen equipped with crockery, cutlery, cook top stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker and electric oven. Gourmet space with barbecue, grill, skewers, table, chairs and bathroom. Water filter for daily consumption. Laundry with tank, clothesline and washer / dryer. Ample yard with landscaping and hammock for a beautiful rest after a great and profitable beach day. External shower. Covered garage for 2 vehicles and space in front of the house to park 1 or more vehicles discovered. Ideal residence for 6 to 8 adults with 1 or 2 children, in addition to the 3 double beds offers 2 single mattresses to accommodate additional guests comfortably. All dorms have air conditioning.
