Great property with ample parking. Easy access and walking distance to downtown. The house was ready when we arrived and instructions were provided to enter, access the internet and complete checkout. Great place for larger groups with numerous beds and baths.

The downtown retreat was perfect for our group. We are transportation company from St Louis doing a local passenger move in Indy. We had 9 of with 9 SUVs. Huge parking lot was a bonus. Austin and his Team were great to work with!

Very nice place to stay for our trip. It was exactly what we needed. There were a few minor issues but the hosts were very responsive and helpful. If we ever need a place in Indianapolis again, we'll be sure to book with them again. Thank you for an amazing place to stay.

We booked this for a group of 15 women and it worked out great! Some of the bedrooms don’t have solid doors, but that wasn’t an issue for our group. The home had plenty of space, was clean and comfortable, and the host was responsive!
