Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The listing of the amenities was not accurate. The pool was shut down for quite some time and was closed until we checked out 3 weeks later. The entire exterior was being painted and we had painters outside out window and on our balcony for days. We are told the parking would be easy and could park anywhere inside the garage across the street. That was not accurate as you needed a parking pass from the community in order to park or your vehicle would be towed. We had to make prior arrangements with the staff at community to obtain parking passes prior to arrival. We only booked this property because of the beautiful pool overlooking the river. After the first few days we had a leak in the kitchen, issues with the shower, the wifi went in and out the entire stay and one entire day of building alarm testing, which we were never notified by maintenance, Landing or the staff on-site. We had to leave the entire day because the noise was stressing out our dog.
