Live in luxury while visiting Track Town USA in this freshly built modern home! We supply everything you need to experience the laid back vibe of Eugene, Oregon!

The home includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped large kitchen with brand new appliances, a breakfast nook with seating for 4, a living room with beautiful views of the Coburg Hills, and a 900 square foot garage with an arcade machine, workout area, bar-top, brand new washing machine and dryer, and parking for one car if needed.

The primary bedroom has a Sterns and Foster king size bed, a 65” 4K LED television with cable and streaming available, a wall mounted ductless air conditioner and heater, a large closet with a luggage rack, hangers, hampers for clothes, an alarm clock, and an attached full bathroom. The attached bathroom has a front and backlit LED vanity mirror with anti fog, a walk-in marble shower with a 12-inch raindrop shower head, a hair dryer, and all of the essentials for the best shower you’ve ever had- including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, and plush towels.

The second bedroom has a 12” memory foam queen size mattress, a wall mounted ductless air conditioner and heater, a lit closet with a luggage rack and hangers for clothes, an alarm clock, and extra bedding.

The third bedroom has a 12” memory foam full size mattress, a bunk bed with two twin-xl mattresses, a wall mounted ductless air conditioner and heater, a lit closet with a luggage rack and hangers for clothes, an alarm clock, and extra bedding.

The main bathroom has a front and backlit LED vanity mirror with anti-fog, a deep soaking tub and shower head, a hair dryer, and all the essentials for the best bath or shower you’ve ever had—including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, and plush towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook or bake anything you can think of. There is a pantry to store your groceries in during your stay. All of the appliances are brand new, including a french door stainless steel refrigerator and freezer with an automatic water and ice dispenser, electric stove, smart microwave, and an extremely quiet dishwasher. We provide an air fryer, a blender, a toaster, a waffle maker, a coffee pot, a coffee grinder, a milk frother, an electric kettle, and a crock pot. We also supply local coffee, coffee filters, tea, a good variety of spices, olive oil and vinegar, foil, plastic wrap, and plastic bags.

The living room displays beautiful views of the Coburg hills looking out of the 14 foot tall windows. There is an 85” 4K LED Samsung television mounted onto the wall with 100+ cable channels and streaming available, and a large sectional couch that fits 6 people comfortably. Plush blankets are available inside the ottoman. Board games, puzzles, and books are located inside the credenza. A queen-size air mattress with linens is available upon request and can be set up in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements. Please contact the host before your arrival to set this up.

There is a balcony outside of the living room that looks over the front yard. It has a bistro set with comfortable chairs and a table to eat or drink at.

The garage has a brand new washing machine and dryer, a wash-basin sink, an automatic paper towel dispenser, a golden-tee arcade machine, a 4-person bar top, and a locking closet for your luggage if needed. We supply laundry soap, dryer sheets, and spray and wash spot cleaner.

Guest access:
You have access to the entire front unit. It is not a shared space.

Please be advised that there is a separate unit next door with a separate entrance and address. Please do not disturb the tenants in the back unit.

One car may park in the garage. A garage door opener is available upon arrival and must be left in the unit before departure.

Two other cars can park in front of the garage door if needed. Please do not block the driveway to the back unit.
