French doors are decorative & secured in place. Garage is for owners use. No access to garage. No electric vehicle charging available. Absolutely no fires or flames of any kind anywhere on premises.
Local laws & neighborhood rules apply. Absolutely no events, or parties Follow neighborhood noise ordinances. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. Unauthorized events or parties will be immediately reported.

The home itself was quite lovely and spacious. Plenty of room for the five of us to move around without stepping all over each other. The location and price point was perfect for what we needed. Close proximity to shopping and entertainment. Affordable with plenty of amenities. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet.However the check in process was deeply unnerving and left an uneasiness for the duration of our stay. I’ve never had a host meet us at the property let alone be waiting inside for our arrival. That made us very uncomfortable. The host gave us a tour of the property which I thought odd. They explained the rules. The dos and donts. All of which could have been sent via message when I asked for the door code. While I believe the host’s intentions were to provide good customer service, the interaction crossed the line from attentive to feeling invasive.

Located in a quiet, nice neighborhood. The check-in process was easy, and the house very clean with plenty of great spaces. Overall, I would highly recommend it.
