Please treat the home with respect. Excessive mess may result in an extra cleaning fee.
All trash must be placed in the designated outdoor bins.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Plumbing damage will be charged to guests.

Tampering with or disabling cameras or Wi-Fi will result in removal from the property without a refund.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please check out by 10 AM. Take out trash to bins down stairs, Please do not leave any old seafood in trash start dishwasher, return remotes, and lock up. Report any damage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
