Hello Adele,
It has a pleasure to host you and welcome you to our home. We apologize for the coffee pot going missing, we did however provide a new coffee machine the very next morning as well as an additional cleaning for your comfort.
We are a brand new renovated property only a fees months old. We understand that perspective of the photos is different with each guest but we try our best to take accurate high resolution photos of the actually apartment that guests will stay in and provide a detailed description below the listing.
We apologize for any shortcoming but we hope to welcome you again, and get the opportunity to deliver an even better experience, because we are always improving.
Peter the host was great. Any questions or concerns he was quick to get back with a response. The only issue we had was the Internet was a little spotty, which is no fault of his. It was the Internet provider.
Place was great. It was clean, modern, and right next to the subway. It was easy to get to Manhattan from here.

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
Overall, it was a decent stay; I loved the space as a whole, but there was just random hair all over the place. I asked the host for bathing items and got no response.
We had a wonderful time during our visit, and the location was perfect for getting to everything we needed. We felt safe walking around, easily found parking for my car, and really appreciated how clean, well-kept, and beautifully furnished the apartment was. Being within walking distance to the train, the park, and incredible dining options made our stay even better.Overall, we had a great experience and will likely reach out to you again in the future for another stay.
This little apartment was perfect for my stay in New York. I literally found parking directly in front of the residence and a short walk to the deli! Very clean and accommodating!
Nice appartment close to where we needed to go. Very clean and new, with everything for a conformable weekend. Peter was responsive and detailed with instructions and overall information.
The area is clean and peaceful. We felt comfortable walking and parking our car. Everything works well for us in terms of the space, the lights, wi-fi, and communication with the host. Peter was patient and helpful throughout our stay. I love this high ceilling apartment that we keep in our mind for our next trip to Newark.
Property was clean with modern finishes. However, no dish rack, no way to store ice. Interior doors needed adjustment to close. Possibly typical for the area, used window ac(which was incredibly loud). No wash rags or hand towels. Area felt safe and not busy

This place was so bad we left early.
It’s not even close to 15 minutes to Manhattan. More like 25 or 30 and that’s if the trains are running on time and you rush to the station.
The bedroom is a cave with no windows. So if it’s hot good luck getting air from a window or the ac unit which is next to the one window that’s down a hall in the next room. And since it’s steam heat with no thermostat it’s hot even in the winter.
And no smoke detectors (at least during our stay). So basically a death trap with no alarm and no windows in the bedroom to get out of. Clearly the renovation was done by amateurs without any permit as no inspector would allow a sleeping area without a smoke detector. I wasn’t about to put my family in that situation for a second night.
This place worked out so well for us. We were visiting our son and his wife abd new baby and could walk. We woukd for sure stay here again and the hostess extremely responsive And helpful. I just have some feedback:. Leave more towels and maybe extra set of sheets for people staying for a week. We asked and some were sent over.. Bathroom needs some hooks. Places to hang clothes and towels so we don’t have to put in sink or on floor.. Bathroom door does not fit properly and will not close. Needs to be fixed. Otherwise loved it. Super spacious and bed comfortable! Thank you!
