Please note this apartment is located in the South part of Philadelphia. We strive to provide a safe and quiet environment for our guests, but cannot control what happens outside. Please do research on the area prior to booking, as we do not provide a refund on the area. Please note, there is only street parking available.

ID Requirement: As per our policy, we kindly request the IDs of all individuals who are booking the accommodation.

Pet Policy: If you are bringing a pet, please be aware that there is a pet fee of $125 per pet. For a second pet, an additional charge of $125 applies. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we require a photo of your pet as well as their vet records. Please note that only dogs are allowed for long-term stays, while cats are allowed for stays under 3 months.
