The master bedroom is on the main floor with a private bathroom. All furnishings are Wisconsin made Northwoods style. Wireless internet service is excellent. There are two high-definition televisions with streaming capabilities. Central air and natural gas heat. A full walk out basement. Great rooms on two levels and a fantastic mud room to stow your outdoor gear.

Woodland Waters is situated on 2 acres with gorgeous lake views and fantastic fishing, boating, water skiing, tubing, and swimming that is perfect for all ages. Bass Lake is spring fed and crystal clear with a white sand bottom and a sand beach. Wonderful lake amenities include a lily pad water float that the kids will love, a swim raft and dock with swing bench and swim ladder, as well as kayaks and stand-up boards.

There is a large deck with outdoor dining and seating that features spectacular lake views and a Weber Genesis Propane Gas grill. A stone fire pit and complementary firewood. Beautiful level front and back yards. A horseshoe pit, corn hole game and outdoor ping pong table. And a relaxing hammock.

Snowmobile direct from Woodland Waters to over 500 miles of renowned snowmobile trails. The trails are just a few minutes’ drive by snowmobile. There is plenty of room to park your snowmobile trailer or we can help you arrange to rent a snowmobile. Some of the best downhill skiing in the Midwest is nearby and it’s very affordable and family friendly. Sledding, ice skating, snowshoe trails and cross-country ski trails are within minutes. As are great restaurants and shops. Bass Lake is private and offers excellent ice fishing. Eagle River is also host to the World Championship Snowmobile Derby and the United States Pond Hockey Championship which are just minutes away.
