Other things to note:

1. Is your name on our list? If more guests are staying than the number originally stated in the booking, the security deposit will be charged in full.

2. Change of plans? If you decide to extend your stay after check-in, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you!

3. Play safe! When you book this reservation, you take full responsibility for any bumps, bruises, accidents, or illnesses that occur while you are staying at the townhouse and any amenity spaces offered with your stay (including, but not limited to pool, etc.). If you notice anything that presents a danger yourself, anyone travelling with you, or the townhouse, please let us know as soon as you check in.

4. Mind the neighbors, please! Quite time is 10 PM-7:30 AM. Parties or excessive noise is not allowed in our townhouse - misbehavior costs $500.

5. Enjoy the fresh air! Feel free to smoke outside of the townhouse, but please do not smoke indoors - leaving behind a smoky townhouse costs $500.

6. A clean home is a happy home. If the townhouse is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $50 for every extra hour of cleaning required.

7. Time is of the essence! Late checkouts will delay our cleaning professionals and result in a $50 charge for each hour.

8. Please don’t feed the dust bunnies. Our townhouse comes stocked with living essentials, but we do not provide daily cleaning services. However, if you are staying 30 days or more, there will be a charge of $150 for each additional 30 days and the condo will be cleaned every 30 days.

9. Your Fur babies are always welcomed. There will be an additional $300 pet cleaning fee.

10. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2020-243.

11. When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all of the above House Rules.
