Another delightful Arizona winter to spring transition for this mother and daughter duo! This was our fifth year in this complex and second straight year staying in this particular unit. I really do believe it is the best two bedroom, two bath unit in the complex. With southern exposure and western views of the golf course, it is an ideal location. Close proximity to the pool and workout room is a plus. We will return in 2021!

Comfortable condo, great location, attentive owner

Stayed for 6 weeks and had a great time. Complex has 2 pools with barbeque grills and right on the golf course and is a quiet and safe location . Bonus is the 20 mile biking & walking trails at your footsteps thru some of the nicest local parks and recreation areas. Groceries right across the street and Old Town Scottsdale is a 10 min drive. The owner Jon has the condo set up tastefully and answered my couple of phone calls right away, always making sure I am enjoying my stay. Also being a local Jon has the inside info on all the great places to go and eat and is more than happy to steer you in the right direction if needed. You will enjoy your stay!

Recreation and Relaxation

"The Old Town Oasis" was just perfect for this mother/daughter duo. The condo is tastefully appointed with all the necessary amenities. The southern exposure provides great daylight for the main living area. The views of Continental GC and Camelback Mountain from the remaining windows are quite spectacular! With ease of access to the greenbelt, local parks, golf course, restaurants and Old Town, this is an ideal location for walking, jogging, biking and enjoying the best of Scottsdale! A special thanks to Jon for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable!!

Great location and view of golf course

This was our 1st trip to Scottsdale and we stayed for a month. Access to the condo was easy. Jon was a great host. His condo is fully equipped and tastefully decorated. We had a couple small issues and Jon fixed them immediately. He was available for any questions about the area during our entire visit. We would love to come back and stay again. PS. This is a very dog friendly area. It was fun to watch the people walking their dogs as well as the golfers right from the living room. We may try to bring our small dog with us next time.

Why they chose this property

I chose to buy this home because of the incredible views of the golf course, and the central Old Town Scottsdale location. It was only on the market for 12 hours before I made an offer on the unit.

What makes this property unique

The views from each and every room are stunning. The master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom both feature especially spectacular views. You can sit by the windows and just stare for hours. The will be people jogging and cycling up-and-down the Scottsdale Greenbelt. It is such an uplifting and inspiring place to stay.
