Great property excellent location.

I've stayed here a couple of different times. It is my go to location when visiting the Sioux Falls area for extended periods of time. It's close proximity to parks and biking trails makes it perfect for my family. The property is always very clean and well furnished. The neighborhood is quiet and safe for the times my kids play outside. I do recommend this property to family, friends, and coworkers.

Wonderful Apartment and Excellent Location

This property was very well kept. It was wonderful having a full kitchen and bathroom for personal use as well as a garage to park in. We enjoyed the location with close access to two different parks and the Sioux Falls bike trail along the big Sioux river. Easy access to I-229 made getting around town a breeze and the quiet neighborhood made for a very relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and will be staying again in the future.

Sioux Falls trip

Everything was fine. Apartment was very clean and neat. Area was quiet. Great place to stay to get around town. We had minor problems with entry thru the front door(we're old folks and not use to code entry system), Also had problems finding live tv. Steve was very nice and gave us a thorough walk thru on arrival.

Wonderful Apartment and Excellent Location

This is an excellent apartment located in a great neighborhood. Just a few blocks from Tomar and Yankton Trails Park as well as the Sioux Falls bike path along the Big Sioux River. The apartment is wonderfully furnished and extremely clean. It was great to have a full kitchen and bathroom for your own personal use. The apartment featured your own garage for parking and is totally secure. The windows look out over an open area where many times you could see deer and other wildlife moving along the small stream in the morning and evenings. The apartment is only a couple of minutes from I229 and less than five miles from the Sioux Falls Mall and airport. I would highly recommend this apartment to family and friends staying in the Sioux Falls area. Will definitely stay again. TW
