Checkin was very fast, and easy to navigate. Talked with a front desk person and that was it.The location is great, only a 5-10 minute walk down to the beach and very close to downtown Kihei!

The interior of the property was great! The design and decor was really nice. The owner did a great job. The ACs were very loud and didn’t work well. The problem was I booked through Vrbo and then Perch and then the owner and the fees were higher than the rental price. So the 125/night ended up to be 250/night. Look at the total fees. This condo complex is on the lower end like many in Kīhei.
