The house is located in a very nice neighborhood which is close to downtown Burlington (about 1 mile) and Lake Champlain (about 1 mile). It's very close to and within walking distance of a grocery store and Starbucks. We were there for the cheese festival at Sheburne Farms, which was close. We also went to Stowe, Ben and Jerry's, and the Von Trapp house while we were there, and those places were all within a 45 minute drive. The house itself was exceptionally clean and comfortable. All conveniences, such as a Keurig and washer/dryer were available. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Burlington.

We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. It smelled very musty when walking in - we had to air the place out. There were 2 face cloths for 4 people. The top of the stove was a flat top and it was bubbling. The refrigerator looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Most of the pans were not usable.The garbage cans in the kitchen were all dirty.There were 2 small throw pillows on the twin beds and they were all stained. I have used VRBO in the past and always check the reviews and cannot believe that people would give a 10 for Cleanliness.

The house was cute and well built so was very quiet even from room to room. The location was perfect as we could walk for bagels or to the pharmacy and the grocery stores were close by and wasn’t far from the places we wanted to go. We had no issues, everything was what was promised. We would gladly like to stay here next year!
