To the left is a garage with an apartment above. The house and the apartment share the garage. With three bedrooms and three and a half bath your entire group will feel comfortable with en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom. The space is light and clean with partial lake views. The lake is minutes away by foot and easy access to the bike path can take you down town. The house is a 3 minute walk from the beach, a 1 minute walk to Hula Co-working space, 6 minutes from the Burlington Surf Club and steps from the Burlington bike path. Additionally, there is great food, coffee, and Burlington's best breweries are right near by. Wether you are traveling with co-workers, on a family vacation, or on a friends reunion this home is perfect for your group!
