Located in the coveted Lakeside neighborhood, this new home is a modern oasis in Burlington. Finished in 2024, the property consists of the house, situated on the right side of the lot. To the left is a garage with an apartment above. The house and the apartment share the garage. With three bedrooms and three and a half bath your entire group will feel comfortable with en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom. The space is light and clean with partial lake views. The lake is minutes away by foot and easy access to the bike path can take you down town. The house is a 3 minute walk from the beach, a 1 minute walk to Hula Co-working space, 6 minutes from the Burlington Surf Club and steps from the Burlington bike path. Additionally, there is great food, coffee, and Burlington's best breweries are right near by. Wether you are traveling with co-workers, on a family vacation, or on a friends reunion this home is perfect for your group!

We rented this home for a girls' trip, and it was beyond perfect. The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we could have needed for a very comfortable stay. Every detail was thoughtfully considered we couldn't have been happier with our time here. The neighborhood was peaceful, with plenty to explore within walking distance. Also, the beds were some of the most comfortable we've slept in away from home! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Burlington!

This home is beautiful- exactly as described and pictured. The location cannot be better, the host is very communicative, it’s very clean and comfortable. Having laundry onsite is terrific when traveling for an extended time. We have been staying in Burlington every summer for years and this home is the absolute tops.

Wonderful stay in Burlington. Easy check-in, carport was spacious enough for a large SUV with roof box. Comfy beds, climate control in every room. Radiant heat flooring in bathrooms is so nice. Will definitely look to stay here again when visiting family in the area.

Our vacation in Burlington was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable in large part because we felt so comfortable in this beautiful new home. We loved being within walking distance to the lakeside beach and having easy access to the center of Burlington. The owner was very responsive and provided great info about places to go in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved this place. Beds very comfortable and quality linens. New home very clean. Easy access, steps in home were manageable. We’re thankful for the coffee, fresh grind beans! Will definitely stay here if we ever come back. We included Burlington on our fall foliage trip. Glad we chose a VRBO on the route because we were able to do some laundry.

Art Hop weekend in Burlington, VT

This is a brand new, well appointed home in an ideal location for walking almost anywhere in the city. It has lake views, as the lake and walking path are both a short block away. I love the temperature controls in each room with the mini splits. It was also nice to have off-street parking. We loved our stay here, it is very comfortable.

Exploring Burlington

Property is wonderful. House was immaculate and contained all the necessities. Bedrooms were very comfortable and there was plenty of space downstairs to prepare meals and relax. Since it was quite warm in Burlington during our stay, we especially appreciated the central air. We also valued street parking at the house.

This property exceeded expectations. Location: ideal for both driving and walking into the main downtown area. Cleanliness: unparalleled and spotless. Amenities: towels, blankets, sheets, kitchen supplies, etc. were top notch. Aesthetics: beautiful home with simple and thoughtful touches and outstanding lighting & windows. Centralized Location to Everything

Host, Natalie, greeted us and made us feel welcome right away. The home is brand new, so everything is sparkly clean! The floors are even heated. The view of the lake is great - parking in the carport was easy as well as the street. We walked to the lake, and to all the restaurants, breweries, and world's highest filing cabinet. Ben & Jerry's, Stowe were a short drive away for ice cream and hiking through fall foliage. Montreal was only 90 minutes away. A cozy loft with plenty of sleeping room, new kitchen to satisfy families planning to cook, cushy couches made for great naps in front of the TV and Door Dash found us easily. Be ready for some stairs, but if you're a skier, you're already used to that : ). Great home, great views, great location, great host.

Ideal Stay for Friend Group

This house is as advertised! It is a very beautiful home where the layout if perfect for a mid-size group. You can easily tell as soon as you walk in that a lot of time and effort went into the planning of this project, as everything seems well thought out. The open concept is ideal for staying with friends or family, and the amenities provided are great if you want to spend some time at the house in the evening or just during some down time throughout the day. The location is nearly perfect, as you are steps away from the biking trial which can take you almost anywhere you want to go. You are walking distance from a few coffee shops and restaurants but downtown Burlington is borderline accessible on foot. It isn't too far away but the route is mostly uphill, so just be prepared for a bit of a workout if you choose to walk. Other than that, there is nothing I would change about this place. We will be booking this place as soon as our next Burlington visit is planned.

This home is was absolutely ideal for our visit. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its' own bathroom. plus there is a 1/2 bath just off the kitchen. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook and the grocery store is not far away. Be advised this is a 3 level place. You walk up one flight from the street to get to the kitchen/dining room/living room level, which is really the middle level of the apartment. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs from the middle level, and the third bedroom is down one level. If you don't like to use stairs, this might be a problem. This is NOT a complaint! There is a full sized washer and dryer on the lower level along with another sitting/TV area. The beach is s short walk away and there are beach chairs for your use. We loved staying here and even had an opportunity to meet the owner.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property, with three en-suite bedrooms comfortably accommodating our party of three couples. Although we didn't cook any substantial meals, the kitchen is certainly stocked to do just that. The bedrooms, living room and TV space were comfortably furnished also.For those with younger children the property is conveniently located close to a small park, and for those wanting a little light exercise while taking in the views across Lake Champlain, the lakeside pathway is close by.
