Located in Laguna Beach, this beach house is right downtown yet on a quiet street a few minutes walk from the beach. The unit is on the second floor of a 1939 beach cottage. Floor plan is one bedroom featuring 1 full bed and 1 twin bed, full bathroom, kitchen, living room, plus your own private deck with ocean and hills views, with private entrance to unit. Location location! Walk to Laguna's best beaches, restaurants, markets and art galleries. Also includes fast WiFi and a washing machine and dryer for convenience.
