Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties, events, or open-invite gatherings allowed. Violation will result in cancellation without refund.
Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please be courteous to neighbors and avoid excessive noise or disturbances.
No smoking anywhere on the property, including patios. Applies to all forms of smoking, including cannabis. Exterior security cameras on the property.
