One of the nicest neighborhoods in Denver, this dog-Friendly ($20 per dog per night extra) bungalow is just two blocks from the very popular Washington Park. Relax and enjoy this spacious unit. Just a short uber/Lyft ride from downtown and walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shopping. This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway or business trip. You have a very nice restaurant (Blackbird) within 20 steps and a Starbucks right across the street!

Well over 2,000 square feet with a sun room addition. Hot tub in the back yard.

YOU MUST LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE IF YOU ARE BRINGING A DOG! There is an additional charge of $20 per dog per night. We are dog-friendly, but NO PUPPIES, destructive dogs, or dogs that aren’t potty trained. Unfortunately, we DO NOT allow cats. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE UNIT (this will incur an additional cleaning fee), smoking is allowed outside. Street parking. Thank you!

The neighborhood is fantastic, and the house was spotless and comfortable. We enjoyed the backyard patio as well as the interior spaces. The host was also responsive to our questions.

Great location! The house was spacious and clean. Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy all the amenities! Hot tub. The backyard has a very comfortable and enjoyable outdoor space with couch and a tv. And the front porch is enclosed with a comfortable couch. Would stay here again.
