At Still Waters Cottage, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing, fun-filled stay, private beach access just a short walk downhill to sandy shores, cornhole, family games, an outdoor scavenger hunt, and rock painting for our Joy Rock Garden. Whether you're looking to unwind or make memories with the kids, this is the perfect spot.

This cozy and updated 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath lake home is tucked inside a quiet gated community on Lake Sam Rayburn, just minutes from Umphrey Pavilion. With 1,446 sq ft of rustic charm and modern comfort, the home features a wood-burning fireplace, an open layout, and lake views from the fully enclosed porch complete with outdoor seating, a fan, and string lights.

Downstairs includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a dining area for six, and a fully stocked kitchen with complimentary coffee, cooking spices, and pantry essentials. Upstairs, you'll find another bedroom with a king bed and a nugget mattress for kids, a half bath, and two flex spaces—one with a reading area, the other with kids’ games and activities for rainy-day fun. A washer and dryer are available for added convenience.

With several boat ramps nearby, local restaurants, gas station and the dollar store less than 10 minutes away, and scenic hiking trails in Ebenezer Park at the entrance of the neighborhood, Still Waters is your peaceful escape for lake days, fishing, and unforgettable family moments.

Great location for a fisherman’s family- covered parking for the boat over night (just lower the power poles a little) and launches, stores, and restaurants all less than 15 minutes away. Super clean and very homey!

Our host was very responsive and made sure we knew everything about the place. Wonderful home. Very quiet and relaxing a must if your fishing Sam Rayburn cause her place has ample parking with outside power. When i say it has everything i mean it. Her home will be just like your own. The beach on the lake is beautiful and omg the porch makes the whole place. Beds were super comfy and all the amenities where there. Thank you a a wonderful experience and beautiful memory!

This is a beautiful property in a very small, gated community with a short walk down to a gorgeous, sandy beach area on the lake. The views of the lake from the large deck are amazing and there is plenty of comfortable seating. We were so comfortable, they had everything we needed. The home is super clean, updated and very comfortable. Jenna was amazing, so helpful, and so kind. Thank you so much, we all loved it! We will for sure be back!
