Welcome to your perfect Keys getaway! This beautiful waterfront retreat on the Bayside features a heated pool, private hot tub, and boat dockage, just minutes from the ocean via Tavernier Creek.

The home offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, designed for comfort and relaxation. After a day of boating or exploring, unwind in the cozy bedrooms, take a dip in the pool, or catch your favorite games or movies in the Tiki Hut with TV.

You'll have approximately 25 feet of dock space, suitable for boats up to 22 feet, plus access to the community boat ramp for launching larger vessels. For land-based adventures, enjoy the included paddleboard and two bikes—perfect for exploring the area.

Walk to local restaurants, bike to Founder’s Park for beach time, swimming, or a game of pickleball—or simply kick back and relax in your own private slice of paradise in beautiful Islamorada.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests will not have access to Garage space.
Max Electric bill included in stay is $400/month. If electric bill exceeds that, Guest will be required to pay the additional cost.
Owner's boat will be present on the boat lift. Guest may access/use remaining dock space, approx 25 feet, accommodating up to a 22' boat.
