About this property
Tropical Bayfront Home
Beautiful property located on Tarpon Basin in Key Largo with 45 feet of frontage. Our house has two bedrooms and two baths and will accommodate up to six with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Breathtaking views and amazing sunsets. Our house faces the water and has easy boating access to either the Gulf or Atlantic Ocean . Our dock is private and accommodating for a boat up to 30 feet. We have a tiki hut , gas grill, patio seating and an outdoor shower for use after swimming, snorkeling or if you just need to cool off. Ample space to park your car, boat/trailer. We have a canoe, fishing kayak, tandem kayak for two adults and a small kayak for younger children. There are four loungers for your comfort.
The master suite is furnished with a king sized bed and has its own bath. The guest bedroom is comfortable with a queen size bed.
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful for those that appreciate a relaxing atmosphere.

This location is peacefull , tranquil , beautiful in the mornings and breathtaking during the sunsets. The Bay allows great access into the mangroves for kayaking adventures and the inter coastal waterway allows for Ocean access . Our property is near one of the worlds greatest national underwater sanctuaries John Pennecamp Corral Reef State Park . Our proximity to backcountry/offshore fishing, scenic touring throughout the Keys and fine cuisine make memories that will last a lifetime. This is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings in a quiet neighborhood. Miami airport is a mere 1 1/2 hours away and makes traveling to the Keys convenient.
